Deviant Wench Knows

The staff there are so rude. The last 3 times I have went there the woman taking my order would interrupt me while I was trying to order, literally asking me the exact question I was answering. Today I politely asked if they still had the orange creamcicle shakes. Her reply was to the effect of: If you look at the menu it is still on there, well, I looked all over their menu board and did not see it. I apologized, said I didn't see it and was telling her I would like one, and again the sarcasm was palpable, she said ... If you look on the menu it's right there. ... There was no picture of an orange shake to be seen. The make you feel that you are a burden to them and like I said... Rude. Their food is not very good either. They throw it together half heatedly, and serve cold stale fries. I'm done with Middlefield Arby's. Sad thing is, the women who were being rude appeared to be managers.

I do not recommend this place to anyone we had to call them so they would take our order and I did not get the stuff I ordered and the food was cold !!!!!!

Doesn’t matter how polite and nice you are the staff at drive through are rude. Food is generally Luke warm. I got a medium fry it was half full. She didn’t Bother to make sure it’s full. Been this way for long time now. Someone from upper management should drive through and order something and see first hand.

Only one person in the drive thru ahead of us, so not a long wait at all! The attendant let us know there was a five minute wait for chicken or fish, and we waited. They made our fish sandwich combos cooked fresh for us and they were deliciously hot and crispy, as were the fries as well. Best Arby's around.
