I went to test my battery and they told me the alternator was the problem and I had to replace it. I ordered it and paid for it, but then I went to test my battery to a different place and my alternator was working perfectly. Don’t go to this place….They’re scammers!

I would love to say that I had a great experience with this store. Sandy was great. I had an online pick up at store order that was from another store and they gave me the wrong oil filter and since I realized it was wrong once I had the car without any oil , I luckily was able to walk to the nearest auto parts store in Hialeah which is where I live but it was an O'Reilly auto parts store to buy correct oil filter. Once I did that and install oil filter and oil then I had my car available but I had somewhere to go so I did not go to store where I picked up the items, I went to this store. They gladly returned and refunded my oil filter but I wanted a refund in the total of what I had to spent which was unnecessary by going to another store since I couldn't drive my car. The explained to me that they can set a refund price only if it was a in store purchase so they told me to call CS and they should give a Speed Perks discount. I did and it was given to me so I am here to say I had a great experience in this store. Keep up the great work!

Sandy was really kind and helpful. He quickly checked my Honda battery’s health and replaced it when I needed a new one. Great service, great guy. Thank you
