Was looking to buy some shoes . The Spanish gentleman was in the shoe dept he is the shoe coordinator was very professional and great help . He advice me to ask Danny to call another store to help me find the size I needed because they did not have my size here . When I ask he was very very rude and short temper with me about trying to help me . . Also ask to open the cologne cabilet to look at the correct cologne that I was interested in . The lady was very rude when she got it out of the cabinet . I just wanted to smell the box to see if it was the one I want . She was very rude to me as well . I shop at Hermes and Louis Vitution often . They do not treat you like that’s. These people have an attitude . If they cannot be correct to a local , how rude they are to tourist ? That is what the south is know for hospitality and nice . It’s sad for people to be like this . We are the ones that keep them secure with a job . If you do not enjoy your job you need to resign . There are people that would love to have an opportunity that would be more kind and grateful . I hope corporate will check on this store and correct these issues . You are always suppose to be proffesional and kind to your customers . They need to be taught . Thank you

Awful experience, Dany is such a jerk, was trying to purchase Steve Madden shoes for my mom, from clearance rack, and those shoes was made of cloth, and one of them was having a spot, like stain, and he’s coworker on the shoe sección really nice classy gentleman from up north, he advise me to ask for an extra discount, so I took his advise and went to pay, a very tall African American cashier actually number 1 to be more specific, he was so rude, when I explain that those shoes was the only size and was no more of them, was for my mom and if he can help me get an extra discount on it because the spot stain, no empathy, no work ethics, no listening, no politeness, unfortunately it’s the new Generation of Americans. It’s just sad, to deal with people like that.

Had an awful experience in this store with employee Danny G. My mother wanted to purchase a purse that had a price tag of $10.99, when we went to the register Danny G. took the purse to the back without saying anything, changed the ticket price and scanned it. I asked him when it now scanned for $20.99 on the price hike and he said that he, himself printed the tickets and that it was not the $10.99 price. He accused us of changing the price/ticket! I asked for a manager and he said he was that he was the manager and said for us to get out of the store. All the other customers heard this and started to yell at Danny, saying give him the purse at the correct price. I never thought this would ever happen at one of your stores. How dare this employee treat customers this way. Here is the picture of Mr. Danny G and the priceless purse. Shame on Marshall's for hiring an animal like Danny G to work at this store!
