Worst experience ever. We have been going here for years and unfortunately the last two visits have been less than satisfactory. On June 25, my older two were seen for a cleaning and X-rays. The second assistant that took over was rushed, she literally cleaned my daughters teeth in two mins, that is including flossing and fluoride. She told me that my kids were all set and just needed to come back for a cleaning in 6 months. As, we were leaving I approached the front office staff to make an apt for my son to have his spacer removed. Well, today my youngest daughter and my son had their apts at 8 am. My son text me stating, the assistants didn’t know why he was scheduled and that he had cavities. These cavities were not mentioned at the last apt. They said, because he wasn’t scheduled on the orthodontist side they couldn’t not remove his spacer today. I told them they need to accommodate this, since they clearly dropped the ball. They told me I would have to wait. While all of this was going on, I am with my 6 year old in a room, waiting for an assistant. Her apt was at 8 am, we left at 9:15 without being seen, without being treated. This is ludicrous and absolutely poor patient care. I asked to speak to a manager, she supposedly was not there at the time, when I asked again she was in a meeting. I was told I would receive a call in 20 mins and it’s been almost 40 mins. How does an office allow their patients to be missed scheduled, cavities not be mentioned, keep their patients waiting for over an hour and not care that the ball is clearly being dropped by multiple staff members. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. I am highly considering reaching out to the Board of California to share my experience

I noticed Super Dentist 15 years ago before I had children and thought it was awesome. Fast forward to today.. they were so rememberable it was first place I called for my kids. They were friendly, fast and got me in the next day (yesterday). The paperwork.. all digital. I did it all on my phone. I highly recommend.

Very warm treatment. Staff was kind and informative. Our kids enjoyed the experience and are willing to continue receiving services from this clinic. Dr. Laura and Frank were instrumental in keeping my wife and I informed so we would understand what they were doing. We loved being involved.

The super dentists has been amazing and super helpful with both my boys. My oldest needed orthodontic treatment and Dr Lara and her staff have nothing but amazing. This can be scary for kids however they made it as comfortable as possible, grateful for the gentlemen Frank who helped my son calm down to be able to proceed with his appointment. Definitely recommend
