This store has the worst customer service I have been with T mobile for 9 years but this store makes me want to change phone company. I had upgraded my phone bought a IPad and a pen and the pen wasn't Compatible and the iPad was on back order so we didn't know about the pen and all I want to do is exchange it and the store is giving me the run around that there Manger is on Maternity leave and can't override it has to come from corporate this person hasn't returned my phone I keep calling and that person is never there I need to get this resolved.

They close the store before their shift over. I was at the store at 7:45, but the door was locked while staff were inside. They totally ignored me pretended they have not seen me.

Going here gives me anxiety. The customer service suck not professional at all. It's a great location but the owner should find people who want to work I need to return something for warranty exchange and now they're closed for 4 days kind of madness is this. If you're going to serve a area like University village step up your game

Newly staffed and well managed location. I read many reviews before visiting this store. In regards to "long waits" people have to understand that weekends are usually busy. Employees have to prioritize and provide everyone with excellent service. I was there for 15 minutes only, on a weekday. I closely watched at least three employees interacting with customers. I picked up the name of my T-Mobile representative and one of the managers, my reps name was Sonia. A very professional and attentive young lady. Also bilingual! Very knowledgeable. Leron (Manager) was making sure every work station ran smoothly. My experience was great and beyond impressed with their teamwork.
