The view is spectacular, personnel in the station always professional, but the stairs on both sides of the platform are seriously frightening. They are rusted through and move when you walk on them. Pieces of them fall off when you walk. They really need to be redone and ASAP before someone hurts themselves.

I've always been able to find a spot, even if it's in the far south lot. In the evening is a better shot, after NYC commuters return and leave their spaces.
