It seems like there is no supervision at all at this place. I have been here 4 times, and each time my order is always misunderstood because the employees aren't listening, and I have driven off with the wrong order on 2 occasions. The employees seem incompetent and they behave insolently, like they hate their jobs. The also never give me a receipt. It's best to avoid this place and go to the Wendy's in the next block.

Place smells bad when you walk in the door smells like urine they gave me my my fries cold I wanted my food to dine in the put it to go I asked for my cream and sugar and the forgot it the sandwich was bad the bacon was burnt the crosant was over toasted the customer service was bad so was the food don’t come here the service isn’t good at all

The food was quick but the place is dirty, they allowed too many homeless in, the bathroom is filthy, the floor is dirty, I lost my appetite

Location convenient and has drive thru but at the drive thru they ask you to drive backwards so you're car is not on the sensor clocking the holding time for the order. When I refused the young cashier then informed the manager and female manager came over and asked me to backup. I asked why? She would not say but gave me the most deadly look on her face. So not to increase chances they would put something foreign in my food I obliged. Then they signaled me to come forward to the window when my order was correct. When I checked the order it was wrong and asked them to correct it and again I was asked to back up and wait. If they ever do this please report it to Burger King customer service.
