I've had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. The techs are rude and not helpful at all. Won't go into details but if you can, go someplace else!

I have been going to this location for 15 years for my prescriptions. I have always received very good customer service until about 5 years ago. The wait time at the drive thru has become very long even though there are few cars in line. Also, trying to reach a pharmacy technician via the phone is ridiculous. When calling, you are told the technicians are busy on the other line and are automatically placed on hold for 5 to 10 minutes. Then the phone rings and you can hear someone pick up but place the call on hold again. Walgreens Corp, you really need to pay attention to how your stores are being managed. We Do have other alternatives!

A little messy, lines were long and slow because they only had one cashier. Employees were very helpful or friendly

I called the pharmacy to see if they had at home test kits. They said they had two up front and had just gotten them in that morning. The pharmacy call taker transferred me up front to where they had the tests. The person answering up front said we don't have any we just sold out and hung up in my face. My son was on the way to the store to purchase a test. He got there and they had one left. The woman answering the phone up front lied and purposely tried to stop our family from coming in to get a test. ONE STAR FOR DISHONEST STAFF THAT LIES TO THE PUBLIC.

The store pharmacy has stringent policies about refills. They won't refill schedule 4 scripts more than a day in advance. When you're sick, you don't need the hassle, even if you're a cash customer. This is the last time I'm enduring their hard behavior. Go to a mom and pop pharmacy that is must more appreciative and don't see their pharmacy customers as pain in the butts with Nazi like treatment.
