I called several times from 6:00pm. Had me on hold for 38mins. I hung up and kept calling back only to be placed on hold with no one even saying hello. Then at 7:00pm they put on answering machine. Rude. No customer service. On the phone over an hour and hung up on. It’s actually no stars but it would not let me post without selecting.

Need to surrender a tag. Agent on the phone was very courteous. Service at the office was quick, but I think I was lucky it was empty. I could not pick my surrender document so they emailed it to me. I would recommend this service.

You would need to come in to the office with your lease agreement, lessor contact information as well as your insurance and drivers license. We will then contact your lessor and get authorization to re-register the lease in Florida and attach a Florida plate to the vehicle. We are open Monday through Friday 9am - 7pm and on Saturday 9am - 5pm.
Yes they do but theres a processing fee, " I have no clue why..." a few bucks cheaper to bring cash
I would suggest calling them. They are very efficient with both information and service.
It takes 2 to 3 days and I believe there is a fee of 5 or 10 dollars. I don't know how much it will cost a title transfer. Best way to know is to call them.
