There was a major leak that went down throughout the floors and they had big fans blowing all night right near our door. The smell was horrible so we went and asked for a different room but none were available, so we asked about a discount or some kind of refund but were refused. This is by far the worse hotel we have ever stayed at. They should of notified us before driving almost 4 hours and arriving to all of the problems they had going on. Definitely should not of been booking any of the rooms right were the leak/fans were it was disgusting.

Well, I initially had a digital key which did not work! We checked in after midnight and was looking forward to the convenience that didn't happen. Due to the late check in, we woke up later for the breakfast and didn't get to the area until 940 a.m. After talking to the kitchen manager, she had some excuse for not replenishing after a certain time even though there were 3 different athletic groups staying there at full occupancy on a Sunday. Her excuse would make sense during the work week, but also the signage states until 10 a.m. therefore food is expected to be there in full quantity. Lastly, the claim to have extensive cleaning was not applicable to our room. The sofa sleeper sheets were dirty and definitely not changed, the shower curtain was yellow, and the towels left in stock were 4 for a quantity of 6 people staying in the room. The front desk attendant on Sunday morning tried her best to help out in any way she can so it was greatly appreciated.

Previously, I did not add any info here besides the 5 stars but would like to amend that. I stay at this Hampton Inn quite regularly and every time I have come the staff have been exceptional! Extremely accommodating and caring for the folks staying with them. It's truly the staff that make this Hampton Inn my stay of choice. The breakfast has always been delightful and fresh (especially for a hotel buffet). The pool and gym are well kept. The rooms are always clean. I would only make two suggestions for potential improvement. 1. Would like to be able to crack open the pool room windows to increase ventilation. Only 1 window cracks open about 3 inches currently. 2. Would like if it were pet friendly.

The staff was friendly and attentive , the rooms are clean. Everything worked well. The only downside was the mattresses are old and lumpy. Matt the night shift front desk clerk always had my decaf coffee fresh by 430 in the morning, I am an early bird.

The hotel has been open for several years. It is new enough to not be dated or run down. It is located in a quiet part of town.
