Wow, Macy's Furniture store on Pines Blvd has failed us. We just received delivery of 1 of 2 chair recliners. Unfortunately, Macy's clearly did NOT deliver what we paid for, brand new chair recliners. The chair recliner that was just delivered, has signs of wear and tear on the leather, rusted and worn out screws from being reclined up and down, along with extremely dirty reclining brackets and tag brands peeling off. We are extremely disappointed in Macy's. This is NOT the service that we expected.

If i could put a negative star i would. Not even sure where to start. I purchased a dining room a month ago 3 days later the chair completely broke thanks God no one got hurt . Went to the store to replace after waiting weeks for the delivery they came and refused to take the old dining table ( that's not their job). Set up another delivery and pick up for another time. I will show you pictures of how the delivery refused to assemble and and left me with 100 lbs dining table in a box and the 6 extra chairs. This is horrible service oh promised a bunch of credits by everyone from customer service to James the sales agent and notbing. Pleasee go somewhere else. White glove service what a joke. Second driver came in insulting my husband Bec he did not want to assemble.

I entered the store and spent about 25 minutes in there. I walked around the entire store and not one salesperson acknowledged or approached me. I even tested out couple of the sofa and still didn't get any help. Although, I was interested in a sofa and loved it, I wouldn't spend my money in a place that has such poor customer service. There were sales people standing there talking to each other.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience here. I love that the sales associate Gabby greeted us at the entrance but didn’t follow us throughout the entire store. Gabby did touch base with us once we had time to walk the entire store without feeling like we were being stalked. I highly recommend going to her for all of your furniture needs. She helped us a lot with arranging delivery dates to make sure we can get our furniture in time for our move in date. We had bad experience at Rooms To Go and El Dolorado and we are so glad we ultimately went with Macy’s for our furniture.
