4 months with my mom living here and it has been great.. Staff is very accommodating the food is good, the medical staff really works hard. .. I really have no complaints daily activities if the person chooses always clean and accommodating when I travel in.. Priced very well in my opinion.. Let's admit it it's not an easy job to take care of most of their residents.. My mom has memory loss No matter how hard I try there are just bad days.. Happy With my choice to move here..

Great place except for the rude loud lawn maintenance people they have. Before 7:30.am they are blowing the parking lot. Bringing dirt in from the front (central ave) and blowing it all over every car in the parking lot, toward the back!! More than once a week to boot! Too loud and inconsiderate to neighbors!

I’m glad these people turned my mother away from being placed in memory care due to “behavioral concerns”. A whole week and a half passed by with numerous phone calls to Tiffany and Patrick with no returned calls. Calling for a week without answers just to be told today by Patrick who by the way just gave me the run around along with Tiffany, that my mother wasn’t going to be able to be accommodated. Don’t let the beauty of this place fool you. Big let down and HUGE waste of time!! Side note: I think they put on a show for you when you tour the facility, seems like things are staged, not to mention the snobby, arrogant staff.

A year ago Mom and I visited many Assisted Living facilities offering Alzheimer care, searching for a new home for Dad. He was receiving adequate physical care at his facility at the time, but I knew there must be better stimulation for him mentally. We knew on our first visit to Raincross that we had found his new home. The culture here is beautiful, and it shows in the interaction between the staff, the caregivers, and the patients. The facility is beautiful, and smells clean EVERY time I visit. Raincross treats each patient with the dignity and respect they deserve. Dad has been at Raincross for 4 months now, and we can see a big difference in his interaction and love that he is involved in so many activities. We are so pleased with Raincross, that Mom has now decided to "retire" there and reserved her space! I couldn't be more pleased to know they have everything they need, in a clean, joyful, and loving environment.
