My ALL white Matisse quilt came out with what appears like chunks of fecal matter all over it. Appears picked up on rim of washer. I am an RN and have seen a lot, but I AM SO DISGUSTED!! Then...no bathroom for paper towels and water to get the worst of it off before RE-WASHING.. Just spent ANOTHER $5 to wash and dry FOR A SECOND TIME and ANOTHER HOUR OF MY TIME!! Filthier after washing at this laundromat when it only needed freshening. You ripped me off by not keeping equipment clean. The washer that needs cleaning is white and closest to front door. Really upset.

Good music, TV , owners were cleaning machines, tables, etc while I was there.

It was definitely nice and clean in there it was not crowded so I was able to wash my clothes and dry and fold in less than 2 hours

It's clean in there but what I don't like about it is there isn't a person in there for just Incase something goes wrong. It's at your own risk
