If I could give this business a zero I would. The buying process has been a complete joke! My car has been delayed twice now. I will be canceling my order.

Starting to see why everyone is complaining about the buying process of Carvana. I started the process of buying a week ago and the cars been delayed in delivery twice. It was supposed to be delivered 1/27 and then got bumped to 1/29. (Not a huge deal) Until I received another message about it being delayed until 2/11. That puts this whole process to almost a month of waiting for a car. Unbelievable and unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible company!! My wife bought a 2014 Subaru Legacy from carvana. They never did the 150 point inspection and sent us a car with a leaking transmission, an exhaust that was smashed and almost completely closed off, and front tires that are cambered an inch and towed in as a bandaid so it didn't drift. After finding the issues I tried contacting them to get it resolved for 2 months. Noone answered my emails or called me back until after their 90 day warranty was up. Then they replied saying that they weren't going to fix the car or offer any kind of resolution. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!

Don't ever buy a car here. I bought a car and it's in the shop 10 days later check engine light on. Car in limp mode. Have to get 3rd party to look at it. Will take 4 days to get a estimate on an undrivable vehicle. I have to pay for a rental first to be reimbursed. Don't buy their warranty it's BS. It's a scam just go to the dealer it sucks but it's better than this. It's an "easy" way to buy that will cost you dearly in the long run. I regret purchasing this car and dealing with carvana as a whole.
