Iam so disappointed there so disrespectful. Staff is so poor unprofessional my mother in law sge was in the covid unit with no blanket no pillows she put call light for half hour n nobody to be found she needed a Ibuprofen n there nobody to take care of her poor servise im so disappointed i cant wait for my mother in law to get out if Quarantine so i take her out off there there was a asian man on the front desk today. On july 8 2020 so disrespectful n unprofessional. Plz who ever read this plz dont bring ur love ones there. My mother in law look so bad they dont take care of her they neglect there patients there so disappointed

This place deserves to be shut down and all the employees to lose their licenses... Thanx to their neglect and stupid staff my mom is gone.. Loma linda hospital insisted she'd be better off in THIS place to continue her dialysis (mind you my mom was ok in health no where near death..) She only lasted 1 day there and they killed her. She was given another patients meds and they ignored her right after when she wasn't feeling well due to her bp and blood sugar dropping dangerously low.. . It toke them 2 hours to notify me of my mom's death with the excuse that they kept calling and i wasnt answering. Which was a huge lie.. PLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE, NO MATTER HOW MUCH ANY HOSPITAL INSISTS!!! IT'S A DEATH TRAP, NO ONE CARES THERE!!

Worse place to put an elderly family member in. My mom is unable to remember much and can't feed herself. Went to visit her and brought her food and fed her, she ate the food in seconds. Her neighbor who is fully lucid let me know they drop of her food and don't feed her and when she ask to be fed they tell her she's already been fed that she just doesn't remember. They also give her Norco even though she's asked not to be given an⁸y hard medication to winge herself off and start to recover during rehab, yet they still give it to her and all her roommates at night just to keep them quiet. Avoid at all cost and find a better place. Seems impossible since most places hire high school kids with a 4 week cna class who doesn't care

These people have no business taking care of anyone!!!!! The staff was horrible. My mom was dehydrated, malnourished and kept drugged. She wasn't changed often and her bottom was raw. She says that the nurse hit her. Had she stayed a couple more days, she would have died. This place should be closed down!!!!!!!!!
