Really great customer service. Answered all my questions, helped me find what I was looking for, super organized and clean. And they didnt call yhe cops on me for browsing as long as I did. Lol. They have sooo much stuff.

Bought a fryer brand new and doesn’t work after 5 months. Owner didn’t seem to care after explaining to him this is the foundation for my business especially a busy weekend. He wouldn’t exchange or provide any service on sight after i said i could bring the fryer to him. It’s like once they sell an item they was their hands from any customer service. The owner “Enrenke” then explained he’s been in the business for 15 years. (Which means nothing if you can’t satisfy customers that spend thousands of dollars with you and can’t satisfy their needs). If you’ve been in the business this long you know when operation malfunctions happen to small business, it cripples us. Btw i provided the receipt and I’m in the 1 year warranty. I would think twice before shopping here. I’ve been in business for over 10 years and never have dealt with such bad customer service. Please save your time and money and don’t support this owner. He doesn’t care about your business he just wants your money.

Open to the public thankfully! We bought a baking pan and cooling rack and it was a hair to big so we went right back returned it for store credit and got 2 of the next size down and the potluck was saved. We can’t wait to go back and get more. Excellent customer service but not to up in the way. Thank you.

Eric and the team at Good Price is amazing! I’m not family but when I shop at Good Price I feel like I am. The team is friendly, helpful, responsive, and their products are affordable. I strongly recommend them. Google doesn’t have six stars but if they did Good Price would deserve them.
