I fully agree with Dania Castro's comment. Since the month of September, exactly on the 23rd, I sent 3 packages for my mother in Cuba with strict needs for her colostomy operation. Today March 28, the packages still do not know their whereabouts. You call and the answering machine always comes out. Needless to say, I do not recommend them at all. Stay away from this unprofessional company.
