Love their bagels in the morning with a cup of their dark roast coffee. Nice staff and nice place to dig into my laptop for a few hours. Frequent customer. Don't forget to sign up for their awards program. Plenty of perks there.

The food was okay, and the ordering/waiting area was a little abstract, but it's not like I'd swear against eating here ever again, y'know? It's just fine.

Picked up food at curbside, the main issue is that they need to pack the food better: Soups especially. As soon as I arrived to my home the soups ripped through the paper bag and spilled all over my front seat. Now not only do I not have soup for my sick friend but now I’m gonna need to pay to detail my interior. Worse experience ever.

Carrying an order of two plates was hard to balance, drinks spilled all over. A tray would have been nice. Pro-tip: Look up the menu online, then instead of lining up for waiting for a human to take your order, save time putting your order into a tablet kiosk.
