Shopping for car across the nation. This dealer came recommended from my auto buying service from my bank. Loved they had great reviews and ranking. Looking for a CPO use vehicle. Found this CX90 at their dealership. This car was priced good. With features I was looking for. Didn’t feel the need to negotiate the price. Thought it was fare. Thought they’d be willing to help me in dealer fees and doc fees since I didn’t ask for a cheaper price. They were unwilling to move their $999+ dealer fee or even met me half way. Some of the other fees were questionable But I was willing to get over it quick. When I got quoted from a few other dealers a doc fee way! Cheaper from other dealers It’s a little upsetting Juan Carlos was great. Give him 5 stars! For a sales man. Everything that is taxable is negotiable. Their lost

CONRAD BONET was my sales consultant and my experience was smooth, simple and far exceeded my expectation. Buying a car can be nerve wracking and it was total opposite. He showed me exactly what I wanted, didn't try and sell me something that I did not want. Actually, he showed me an option that was better suited for me although it was $2,500 less. He overall made me feel comfortable with the process. When I mentioned an issue where I needed to leave to get my kids he did everything in his power to get me in front of the Finance Manager. Conrad, took the time to show me the features on the car and made sure my Nissan Connect was fully set up before I left. Then he followed up the next few days to make sure everything was okay. I very rarely write reviews, but I was so pleased with the experience this week. I will refer friends and family to Conrad without question.

People were so attentive, the waiting area was very comfortable with WIFI, refreshments and work stations that allowed me to catch up with work.. I did have to wait too long, despite I had an appointment but it was understandable since there posters stating they were short staff. I would recommend customers should be advised when making the appointment about the wait, so they know what to expect and schedule the day accordingly.. thank you very much for the great service and the follow up to make sure I was satisfied.
