Outstanding customer service!!! Assistance is offered but you don't feel hounded or followed. Custom framing is top notch. Thomas, the framing MGR, is patient and very knowledgeable. the guy with the cool tattoos is great at bringing the art work to life with ideas you normally don't think about when picking a frame. I highly recommend Michaels in Chino (at the Spectrum) for all your custom framing needs, your project will be grander then anticipated.

I buy a lot of yarn and knitting items. There is a great selection on yarn, not so much on other items; some things are in short supply.

The line was long to check out. But it went pretty fast after they called all checkers to help. Overall, prices were great on Christmas goodies, I found exactly what I needed. Made my own word tiles for a mosaic.
