Such an amazing place! We visited a couple of years ago and absolutely love the bourbon! We drove all the way from Virginia to get more! The staff was so helpful this evening as we sampled other things and worked on building our bulk order. They even helped us load it into the car! We are looking forward to future visits!

My husband and I decided to check out five & 20 while we were staying in chautauqua, and we were very happy we made that decision. We went on a Friday night so that we could enjoy cocktail hour. Jacob was our sever and we could not have asked for a better person to serve us. He took his time and explained the flavor profiles of everything that we inquired about, he helped us pick out things as close as he could to other brands that we favor. He never made us feel rushed. Along with our cocktails we got a few flights, for $3 you can't help but get more than one, between the two of us evergthing was enjoyed, for an item my pallet didn't like, my husband enjoyed and the other way around. We also enjoyed the smoked gouda with bacon cheese wedge which was also very good. The atmosphere was very nice, my husband was skeptical at first when I was pushing to go, but he really enjoyed himself. The music they had playing was a great Playlist and it wasnt too loud. Just all around a very nice, and relaxing environment. I've already recommended it to friends to add to their wine tour list.

A little crowded when we showed up but likely because of a small tour bus. Good mix of beer and wine. Some are hit and miss but fairly solid overall. Didn't get into the spirits much but that might improve the rating. Fairly clean and decent, food was quite good. Staff seemed like they were just keeping up with orders. Merlot seemed leathery but actually not bad (for the price, wouldn't buy). Traminette was fantastic.
