I dunno how this place has such great reviews . It doesn’t even compare to sprinkles . The brownies are too crunchy and way too much sugar . It crumbles and the cupcakes are dry dry dry …. It’s not great at all

Completely unprofessional. Sent an email over a month in advance to get a custom cake. Got no reply, so I called to confirm they received it. Nally said she would reply to the email. She did reply and asked for all the specs, so I thought it was confirmed. Day of pick up they have no cake made nor offered to try to rectify the situation. They wouldn't even decorate a pre-made 6 inch cake. Now I have no cake for a birthday party. Appalled on how the situation was handled. Definitely will never order from here again.

I highly recommend Big Sugar Bakeshop, I called them a couple months ago to place an order for a birthday cheesecake. They made a BEAUTIFUL cheesecake and decorated it with beautiful fresh fruit and wrote a wonderful birthday message. The cake was tasty and moist! We loved it!!!! They had it ready for me to pick up on time and it was super easy!! I will be ordering from this bakery in the future again! Their customer service is incredible as well!

I absolutely love this bakery! They participated in Mrs. Mazel day and I've been going back for delicious cupcakes ever since! I ordered a vegan chocolate cake with vegan buttercream frosting and it is fantastic! They are WONDERFUL here !!!

We use both coconut milk and almond milk in our vegan cupcake.
We are only allowing two customers in our store at a time. We encourage everyone to order online through our delivery partners, Postmates, UberEats, etc. and have our entire menu listed on their system. If you place a special order via our website or phone call, you can call us when you are in our alley and we will bring the item to your call. We follow all Public Health Guidelines related to Covid in the manufacturing of our products. Thank you and have a great day.
