I was referred here by my friend who says the staff and doctors are amazing. They canceled my appointment due to an emergency with the doctor but I completely appreciate the effort of the staff made to accommodate me. They gave me multiple options to reschedule and tried their best to work with me and I appreciate their genuine effort. At the end of the day, this is a free clinic and all their services are provided to me without cost. Not appreciating the free services is being ungrateful.

No issue with the doctor, she’s a wonderful lady but I don’t know who you have as a receptionist,m. This is the third time she has booked me for the wrong doctor or scheduled the wrong appointment. After having a detailed conversation with her, how does she book you for a wrong doctor/appointment? That’s so unprofessional. Please pay attention to what you are doing.

I LOVE THEM! Wait time is going to be about 1-2 hours even with an appointment, you must be patient, this facility doesn't make money from it's patients, so as such, Keep that in mind, upon arrival. You will be seen as soon as time becomes available. I can't believe people complain about very inexpensive services. Just goes to show, not everyone is deserving of nice things, such as this & should just pay top dollar elsewhere if what they're looking for is a state-of-the-art, very affordable clinic. Good luck! Personally i have been going to this clinic for about [5-7 years] now. They've never refused to take care of me. Their prices are far more economical than typical visits to a primary health care facility. Their doctors / nurses & staff are so welcoming and polite. They make taking care of my health & my families health so affordable. I don't think i know of place where i can be seen and administered prescriptions & even get coupons to redeem to lower the costs of the medications whenever i go drop-off my scripts at the pharmacy. I am so grateful for all of their efforts to make healthcare affordable and I donate whenever i go, because what they have provided for me and my family is more than money can offer. Thank you U.H.I for always being there!
