They do have high quality products but the claim they are 50%-75% off retail is a falsehood. I purchased a bronze sculpture for $400, then discovered you can buy a brand new one at Macy's for $420. It was sold as if it was a unique artisan sculpture. Maybe the sales rep thought it was. Before you buy anything expensive, do your research. Their products are extremely overpriced for used items.

No they do not come to the apartment to choose furniture ,you have to email them pictures and they will reply to you which one they will take.
They are very honest, creative, professional and have very very great value for very upscale furniture and interior design items. They have always been friendly and helpful and gone out of their way for customer service.
All Employees and Customers must wear face masks. Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance and each cash register. Cash handling surfaces are sanitized between each customer.

There were plenty of dining sets. I imagine they are always changing inventory. Go and check them out. Even if they don't have exactly what you need, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
You need to go to their website and write them. I would definitely attach photo(s) of each item. They will evaluate and then let you know if they can help you. They will set up an appt time for you to bring item(s) in. They do not always take every item you have. We had a set of China for 14, that they would not take, as an example. Good luck! Nice people there.

I bet they would, depending on condition. They are not a regular second hand store, they look for quality, condition and sellability. If you think your sofa isn't top notch they won't either.

They take 50%, which is typical. You need to send photos of your items to get them approved, then they'll arrange to pick up your stuff if they think they can sell it. If not, they'll tell you they won't take it. They allow 90 days to sell an item, with scheduled price reductions during that 90 days. After 90 days, they'll either donate it or return it to you (your preference).
