I remember I started coming to this gym as soon as it opened its doors. Place was always clean, machines were always working, bathrooms looked super neat, and staff was more than friendly and polite. It is sad, but this place sucks now, it's all a mess, machines sometimes stay broken and without pins for weeks,and there's always a party going behind that front counter. Service quality has decreased a lot! And please don't tell me I should talk to the manager, that's not my job and it won't solve anything! SOMETHING MUST BE DONE seriously!

On August 14, 2022, around 7 pm, I was approached by the cleaning lady during workout and told to clean the floor. A few minutes later I'm approached by the employee Juan who asks me did I "throw trash on the floor." I ask him why would I throw trash on the floor. He tells me that that's not what the cleaning lady is saying. I let him know that that I am a customer not the cleaning person. I informed him that even as a customer even when there is trash around me that I even clean it up so why would I trash the facility. He proceeds to create the story that I'm yelling at him. I informed him to get his manager who he claimed to not have access to. My workout was interrupted by both the cleaning lady and Juan, making it twice during my work out to be accused and disrespected. Juan decided to walk away and not give me his manager's contact, ignoring my requests. So I called the facility while I'm in the facility only to have the phone answered by Juan who tells me to come in the next day to speak to his manager. After going back and forth with Juan to let him know that I know how corporate works and he has access to a manager he gives me some number.The cleaning lady's behavior and Juan's was completely unacceptable. She accused me of something and then proceeds to go to an employee on site and falsify a story and this employee approached me to harass me with her story. Again, I always clean up after myself and my area, even the areas around me when I leave to keep a clean area for others. To be accused by the cleaning lady of trashing the place then Juan of "yelling" at him is a No no. I will be reaching out to corporate and the manager. I couldn't even finish my workout. Return my funds. I'll be going to another gym. The quality of the gym has gone down hill in the last few months. It only appears to be going downhill from here with such rude cleaning staff and employees.

Is a shame that this gym lower the quality, 99 percent of the machine don't have the weight holder and is like this for about a month, hopefully this is fix soon if not I will consider to change, also is dirty and anything has oil To the owner. Please don't ask me to talk to the manager, you as the owner need to have the gym in perfect condition, we pay to you for that. As I see you as the owner don't want to take action, is your responsibility to talk with them.

This place is my second home. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and helpful. The best part about this place is the trainer. Yoandra has helped me with my fitness goals and I have seen dramatic changes in my physique with her instruction and guidance. She is very knowledgeable and professional. If it wasn’t for her I honestly would not have seen any progress that I’ve been trying to achieve for many years. This place is worth coming to for her alone. All in all, this location has been a gem even though you get the occasional traffic of people in different seasons which is to be expected.
