I sold my condo and bought my current home with Colin. He is very easy to get along with and always has a smile on his face. With that being said, he is an excellent real estate agent. When you speak to him it is very apparent that he is a true expert on the subject of realty. I differentiate myself from other realtors in a number of ways. You will always be able to rely on me to communicate with you throughout the buying process. I pride myself on always being available to my clients. Further, I'm committed to not being a pushy salesman. I realize that buying or selling a home is a big decision. It is my job to help you find the perfect home that is within your set budget. While I may give my opinion on various properties, I will never pressure you to make an offer. I believe pressure sales are bad for clients and, in turn, bad for business. When it comes time to make an offer, I negotiate for my clients to get the best deal possible. I like to approach each transaction as though it is my own. With this mindset, I am able to advise clients when they have a good deal, should continue to aggressively bargain or be willing to walk away from an unreasonable counteroffer.
