Worst Customer Service in all Miami. Been waiting for a License over a year Now. And nobody knows anything. Everybody tells me a different story every time i ask , causing confusion. Nobody tries to help. They just don't care. Very disappointed.

This place is a joke , I've been trying to do a change of ownership. There is a girl that works there that thinks she is at a modeling agency and thinks she is over all the rules. I'm waiting to get a invoice and pay. Someone she knows walks in that is doing the same thing I am and skips me and a few other people. This lady works at a city hall and does not even speak English. There are rules for a reason and if everyone was to break them when they wished the world would end immediately
