Owner does not care about the employees. I had a buddy work there only three weeks because the owner didn't care about the people who worked for the business. My buddy said that the owner would disappear for hours on end, and no one could find the guy that runs the place. Furthermore, my buddy worked in the snack bar and thought it was going to be more of a managerial role, but it was instead a kitchen job making the snacks for the children. I for one have never heard of this place but I will never go because the person who runs this so-called "private club" is just wasting their time. I know I wouldn't be spending over $100 for a membership that's only good during the summer season. Honestly, if you're looking for a place to spend money on a membership, you're better off joining the local YMCA. Why? Because they offer the same stuff at half the cost and the employees actually want to be there and the managers care. Unlike this clown who is probably losing money on this horrible "private club"

Very clean and friendly community. The lake is a great place to take your kids for a fun day out. There are lifeguards on duty at all times. As a member, you can additionally have a picnic table reserved at all times, so whenever you show up, you are guaranteed a table to sit at. Everyone brings their own supplies and leaves them at their table, as other members are respectful of each other's property. Overall, a very nice place to getaway and relax for the day!

I grew up spending my summers at Lake Hideaway (a private swim club and party place located in Moscow, PA) in the 1980s ... and now all these years later my children are getting the same wonderful summer experiences. Swimming with friends, playing baseball in the field, riding their bike and just being kids! And as a parent it's great to actually sit back and relax!!!

My trip to Moscow, PA was a great one thanks to my time spent at Lake Hideaway! This place satisfies every need for someone looking for a great outdoor recreation spot. Swimming is a blast and the scenery is gorgeous. For anyone in and around Moscow, I highly recommend Lake Hideaway for the whole family!
