Beautiful Park in Scranton, the Nay Aug Gorge is beautiful to see, but I think the signs could be better, I used Google maps while I walked around which I found very helpful

This place is one of my favorites locations, because of its amazing hiking trails. Many of the trails vary in terms of elevation and length. There's a trail to hike for every level! If you love scenic views including waterfalls, beautiful trees, and cool sites with historic statues and monuments, this place is for you. There's also a scenic overlook. The parking lot is near the playground area and it's stone and paved parking. The park is not far from the city of Scranton either so everything is close to get to. It's also close to the museum. For those with small bladders, don't worry; there are public restrooms.

Amazing place to visit. I never thought there was such a beautiful waterfall in a local spot. The trails could be maintained a little better. Most of it is washed out going to the bridge over the gorge. You can also access a pretty cool train tunnel.

This place has everything you could want packed into one easily accessible place. They have hiking trails, playgrounds, a swimming pool, picnic areas, a treehouse, gardens, walking bridges, and so much more. The grounds are very well maintained and there is plenty of parking. In December, they transform the park into a drive thru lights display!

Bbq i g in any place of the park?
I would suggest Mcdade parks coal mine tour instead...
When do the pools close for the year?
There is a waterfall. No you can't. It's a restricted area. You can't really see the waterfall. If you do go into that area you're at your own risk.
