Went to Home Depot to purchase a couple things. Tonia and Jill treated me like a VIP! Excellent customer service skills, it was like the red carpet was rolled out just for me. Please give them a promotion or something, we need more people like them at Home Depot or any other place of business!👊🏻

Home Depot is the Costco or Sam's club for hardware, tools, appliances, paints, garden products and home improvement items. Almost anything you want done in your apartment or home, they have the products for you, and at decent prices. Personnel are great. They will help you find what you need and give you great advice. The websites are great also. Order online and pick up at the store.

There's no more self checkout. Had to wait for 20mins while this older woman help all he had was 2 cans of spray paint .then it was my turn she could not figure out how to use a gift card and my credit card and than overcharged me and that my card was declined I had to wait again the person help me.she got me out within 5min and my credit card work just fine but my hour lunch was over. train your workers right lower stars from 5 to 1

I place an order for flooring in Nov. After two deliveries later missing the molding so after thousand phone calls and miss info, went there my self cancelled the one I picked before picked up after what ever they had available so now I can get my installation done in April. Really bad phone customer service. No body knows what they were doing. Only one knowledgeable person I came across was the flooring specialist Mr. Huge Robinson, he was amazing and very helpful. All in all I am not going to this home depot ever again

No one ever answers. I've been calling for the last two days at different times. Constantly on hold. I'm sure its a technical issue on their end that they are unaware of. But it's really frustrating.

It seems the online ordering and curbside pickup program still has some bugs to work out, unfortunately at the expense of the customer. I see inventory discrepancy quite often when I check stock online and head to the store to find the item not in stock. Checking online again it still says it's in stock. Not sure if there is a lag in the inventory system or what, but my guess is they are selling more than they have to cover the potential that people cancel or dont pick-up orders. Hopefully this will get worked out soon because what you are describing has happened to me a couple times at home depot and other stores.
They usually don't have an issue with returns, note you'll have to wait in line. I'm not affiliated with the Home Depot.
