Waited an insane amount of time and only the drive-thru was open. I decided that while i was waiting i would download the Wendy's app, make an account then order on the app. This way i could save time....well i wait for my turn, tell them i ordered on the app and that it's already been paid for, i have a receipt and an order number. Well i get to the window and they "never got my order" meanwhile ive been sitting in line for almost an hour now just to be told that i have to go back through the drive-thru and just order it then. Ridiculous.

Their food NEVER looks like the ads. Always overcooked and poorly presented. The staff is always pleasant and easy to work with.

The drive thru is usually very slow and probably understaffed. Certain members of the staff are usually rude and it will come out in their voice at the drive thru window.

Excellent service & prompt quick hot food but the check out older man shouldn't eat while taken orders especially covid issue given people orders paid for before pick up window un sanitary & disgusting handling money& orders
