Stay away, don't even bother buying.... friend of mine (70+ year old) lived there and owned her property for 20 some years, owner took the land from her. She had no money to fight him in court and lost her home. Don't finance either through him, once you buy from the owner on his financing terms, he will take your mobile home back from you after you finish paying it and screw you anyway. The manager is in on it too. Run away from here.... don't walk.... run! Karma will bite him one day real soon.

I love living here. We are overlooking the water off the seawall. The community is very quiet and there's a bird and wildlife sanctuary across the water so there are an abundance of different species of birds all the time. It's wonderful!
