Owner is a great guy. Great staff, always friendly. Clean and spacious with 2 floors of equipment. Equipped and well maintained. Just a great atmosphere all around. Prices are reasonable and the hours are accommodating. not open 24 hours though.

I've been a member here since 2007. I haven't left because there is no reason to! I love it here! Larry the owner is friendly and helpful; my fellow members are equally as friendly. I work out as early as 5am, and as late as 8pm depending on the day. Equipment is clean and functional, lots of dumbbells, barbells and plenty of cardio equipment too! As a focused athlete, I am in to put my work in - but you will find the occasional social butterfly. I like to use the tanning facilities occasionally; while the end result is the same (getting a tan), I wouldn't compare the tanning facilities to an actual tanning location. The rooms are small and hot, no ventilation. IMO, this could use an improvement. The locker room (I can only speak for the female side) is CLEAN, roomy and has clean shower facilities with changing rooms. Thanks for an awesome facility, Larry!
