Terrible service. Too many times I have gone to this location and have been met with lackluster service. One instance was back on Wednesday July 3, 2019. There were 10 people waiting to be served with another 3, who had called ahead waiting for their orders to be finished. One person behind the counter (name withheld) who seemed to only be paying attention to anything other than their own job. Constantly in the back screaming orders. Came back to the counter and then went into the back again to check on random things. After the 4th time she finally came to the counter and was surprised to see at least 15 (by this time) people waiting. She asked if anyone had been helped. Seriously? People, who had been there for roughly 10-15 minutes waiting, were then told they would have to wait for 15-20 minutes more to get any pizzas! Ridiculous! Wednesday June 15, 2022. This place continues to be a lack luster location. Came in, with no one around, to get one pizza. 10 minute wait. Rush was over about an hour ago, all employees were floating in the back somewhere, and no one was at counter when door chime sounded. Waited 5 minutes before one girl decided to stick her head out then sighed and grumbled when she had to come out from the back. Had heard this place was under new management so I figured service would have been improved. Nope!

Do not select a drive-thru when picking up from this location because if there are customers in front of you, ordering at the speaker, you'll have to wait behind them while their Pizza is made... then handed to them! This is ridiculous! They should be made to find a place to park and the pizza brought out to them or make another trip through the drive-thru after the pizza is ready! Orders are always screwed up here also! If you order more than one item they are never ready at the same time or they forget to give you all the items I need to be reminded! Now... the last pizza I ordered was undercooked! How is this possible? The pizzas are cooked at a specific temperature, on a conveyor belt for a specific amount of time... a worker must alter this procedure to speed up the process when they are busy... result: UNDERCOOKED! This place has had poor service for quite some time now! Obviously, the area managers do not care to remedy any of the negativities they become aware of on a frequent basis!

Stopped in for a hot and ready pizza. It was overcooked, dry and barely had toppings. Threw most of it in the trash.

I ordered 2 deep dish pizzas and crazy bread yesterday. When I got home this is what I received. I immediately called and was told that they didn't receive the regular crust so they had to improvise. This was dry, not much room for actual pizza items and definitely not enough for the 5 people eating it. The bread sticks, although I waited 12 minutes past pick up time for, were dry and did not have an ounce of topping on them. Very disappointed and currently waiting for corporates response to my email
