Last night about 9:40 a.m., 20 minutes before they close I called and ordered a pizza for pickup. The guy told me that it'll be ready by 9:55. We arrived there at 9:55 and the delivery ( black man with dreads) guy came outside told us they were closed. We said we put in our order and it was supposed to be done by 9:55. He said hold on a second and then proceeded to go back inside and did not come back out. we waited for about 15 minutes and then we left. That was very rude and unprofessional of the worker to do that. We come up here for vacation and Little Caesars is our favorite pizza and he was rude for what he did. I won't even give this a star but it's making me give at least one.

Closed at least 15 minutes early, employees saw us try to go inside, and then use the drive through, but completely ignored us. I get you want to leave on time, but you could at least have the decency to tell folks you've stopped serving. Very unprofessional.

Very bad experience. Lady on the phone couldn’t hear anything as there’s 15 ppl working in there making noise for seemingly no reason. Waited in drive thru at the intercom for 5 minutes dead silence before just walking in and seeing a bunch of ppl walking around doing nothing. Upcharged me $2 for Lord knows what. Only reason this isn’t 1 star is because the food looks decent and I love little caesers

My review is purely for the fantastic employees at this location. The food is exactly what you'd expect; it's not gourmet, but it's fine, and it's always hot and seems fresh. Moreover, though, I'm consistently impressed with how friendly the employees are here! I've never been to a fast food or pizza chain location where the staff is so incredibly nice. On top of that, they're efficient, and typically have our order ready when we get to the drive-through window. Thank you for always making our stops here such a positive experience!
