This location is really nice, the staff are efficient and are very helpful! My orders have been executed perfectly on each of my visits thus far. I will definitely return here, the proximity to Columbia University Irving Medical Center is another huge bonus!

I do not frequent this Chipotle often and I will never come back. This review is not based on food because the food is great. It's on employee performance. The young man at the register is extremely rude and clearly was never trained in customer service. I ordered a bowl with steak and the usual toppings. I asked the girl could you put a little more steak, not extra, not double, just a little more. When he rang me up it was $19.12 no guac, no queso no drink. I was confused and asked why is it so much. He said you have double steak. Nope, I do not, she literally put 5 little pieces more in the bowl. He said oh no that's double, it's $5.50. I said are you serious, he just smirked at me. At that moment he should of taken the extra charge off and said something like next time so you know it's extra, blah blah blah, etc. Nope, he wasn't budging. His arrogance really turned me off to this location and I'll never go back there. It's a shame too, we were just about to order catering for a luncheon at the hospital NY Presbyterian. We will have to go to another location.

Easy to order for the tourist as well. Ordering machines have lots information usefull when considering like calories. It was really understandable to use and exciting to choose which one is "the one". I chose basic Tacos at that day. It was crowded so I waited for 10 mins or so. If you want to use the restroom, you need to ask a staff to unlock the door.
