The receptionists are friendly and informative......Dr. Sedehi and Dr. Laughlin spend time explaining my care plan and answering my questions. Rachel, the clinic R.N. is a good listener and returns calls promptly. A very professional team!!!!

Carly, the office manager of the Cardiothoracic department is awful... no, not just awful, she is terrible... in every sense of the word! We do not recommend this part of the hospital to any kind of care due to the pure nastiness, arrogance, and inefficiency of Carly! She needs to be removed so that the doctors in the cardiothoracic department have a chance to truly shine. PLEASE GET RID OF THIS HORRIBLE HUMAN!

First experience there yesterday, beautiful facility but reception/checking in experience very unimpressive. Employees talking to each other, not a welcoming experience. Once at the second floor, noticed that every single person arriving was confused about where they should be. Got the feeling that management hasn't done a good job with these employees...something was very off with the experience. Employee who actually did the EKG was great.
