Yeah, this is a damn good bagel. A slight crunch to the outer, a nice chew on the inside. Perfect for an egg and cheese sandwich. Good service, but its so busy I think they need to start doing an "order here", "pay here", "pickup here" system. Ordering is a bit of a cluster mess as it is now. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back.

Go early to get Fresh Bagels. By 3pm, mostly stale. Buy 3 get 3 Free. They carry all kinds of spreads which is great. I bough the Nova Lox and a small Tuna Salad. Very nice people and clean place.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. My wife typically frequents this establishment, but I go elsewhere. Now i know why. Yesterday I went to get a large order of bagels and breakfast treats. My bill was about $54.00. Once all my items were prepared, I was just running through my order with the employee/Owner to ensure we got everything right. Luckily I did, because he gave me a pound of regular cream cheese, when I specifically asked for a pound of lite veggie. That was fine, but the real issue was after that. There were four bags on the counter and I was handed three. Just like any person would do, i asked: “Is that my bag as well, or someone’s else’s?”. The response i received was: “move over there with your bags and check them!” Instead of holding up other customers i proceeded to the sitting area and placed one of my large three bags down (my hands were full). Unfortunately, they had never closed the top of the dozen bagel bag and it had toppled over by accident. I caught the bag, but I had lost two bagels to the floor. Not an ideal situation, but hey, i did what they asked. I waived the gentleman that was helping me over and it’s almost as if he knew what had happened. Before i could even say anything he shrugged his shoulders and said:”that’s not my problem”. Not your problem? I didn’t even say anything yet. He proceeded to tell me I’d have to pay for the two bagels. So without any hesitation i pulled a $5 bill out of my wallet and went to hand to him. He handed me a small bag with two bagels in it and i went to hand him the $5, but he turned his back and said ;” just take them, but know it’s not my problem”. I handled this calmly until his final jab of it not being his problem. I said: “ actually, sir. It is your problem. You specifically told me to walk over there and check my order, because you were incapable of doing so. My hands were full and i tried to not pester you. I accidentally lost two bagels in doing so, which is your problem, because i followed your instructions. Next time you should check your customer order to ensure it’s accurate.” I’m typically not one to rant or even write a review, but this is not the way a customer should be treated. Get your bagels elsewhere. There are many other bagel shops that deserve our business over this place. Rude, dirty and terrible breakfast treats. They must’ve given me some day old blueberry muffins that were stale and we just had to throw out. Do better, High Ridge Bagels.

These bagels were excellent. The quality was good and service was pretty fast. Its fairly unassuming on the outside and is full of good stuff on the inside.
