It’s the best gym in rockland that I have experienced thus far. Staff are kind, cleaning crew does a really good job. I’ve never taken a class there but I heard they are good. The gym itself is spacious and they have machines needed to get a good workout. Do they have everything I would want no, but they are good at adding new equipment yearly thus far. The machines and equipment they do have there are well maintained. Overall it’s a good gym and I enjoy workout out there.

Just joined powerhouse and have had a great experience so far. Mikayla- who works during the day is so nice and helpful, she answered all of my questions! Avoid going at night time if you have any questions / need help. Only one person working and it seems like he doesn’t have the time of day to help you.

This is my home away from home. Awesome gym from the beginner to the advanced lifter. Plenty of machines and cardio, but the real focus at this gym is the selection of specialty bars and rare equipment pieces like the Nordic curl. You must check this place out.

Amazing gym, friendly employees and associates, and all around a wonderful experience every single time I step foot through those doors. They have everything you could possibly need for a successful, balanced workout. I've never been this in-love with a gym, and I'm here to stay tbh. I've found my "soul-gym". Powerhouse is the best!!
