From the moment I called, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, explaining the timing of tire shipments and accommodating my schedule. I arrived and not only was a assisted immediately, my car was brought into the garage as I completed the registration process. All in all, it's been a great experience and I will be bringing all of my family's vehicles here going forward.

If I could give 100 stars I would.. Roxanne at the Front desk was the best.. She went above and beyond.. Her customer service from the very beginning to the end was phenomenal.And she is very knowledgeable. She is great at her job and it shows.. And I also have to give props to the technicians they looked my car over and told me what I would need to do to get my car 100%. If anyone needs new tires and/or work on there car I highly recommend going to Mavis in Wayne, NJ..
