They did a beautiful Sweet Sixteen cake for my daughter, exactly what she wanted. Wendy was a pleasure to work with, very patient with us and made it her goal to give my daughter the perfect cake at a price that was manageable.

The cake we bought was delicious and fresh. I took stars off because customer service was dismal. I had to stare at one of their helpers who was checking his phone while he saw me waiting. I was also picking up my cake I ordered in advance and he had a hard time finding it so I gave him the description. He comes out with some different looking thing and boxed it without showing it to me to confirm the order. I had to ask the girl who took my order why my cake looks different from what's on display. She replied by saying that's a pie not a cake. I reminded her that she took my *cake* order which ... not pie. She blames the mistake on the baker and doesn't rectify the issue. They were lucky there was a similar one on display otherwise we'd have had no birthday cake!! That'd make it 0 star.
