One Of their lady employee she said she is supervisor, 2 weeks ago she really misbehaved with customers. Also she said she don’t care about customers. If it’s going like this Manhattan bagel will lose their reputation as fast as possible.

Didn't expect much from a chain bagel place but I was very much impressed. Bagels were fresh and delicious. Service was friendly and fast. Lota of tasty drinks available, loved the blackberry lemonade. Strawberry cream cheese was creamy and sweet and perfect.
