I had a horrible experience with this restaurant and I will never spend a dime with them again. Customer service is horrible and the manager is very rude! Eat there at your own risk. I ordered a meal to be delivered, I asked for a side of honey garlic sauce (as I’ve done so many times before) and when I received my food it wasn’t in my bag. I called and they said it is now an up charge. Which is fine, but they should have communicated that with me before allowing me to pay. I spoke with the manager about it, of course he was extremely rude about it. He offered to deliver me the sauce. I said “okay”. As soon as the delivery guy came he told me the manager requested 80 cents. It’s not about the money. It’s about the lack of customer service. I have spent so much money at that restaurant and I will never spend another dime there. They lost a loyal customer because they wanted to be funny about 80 cents!

The service was the worst I’ve had since coming here. First off he wasn’t attentive at all. I had to ask for silverware which is something I should’ve gotten the minute I ordered by food. I waited at the bar for 15minutes-20minutes before he acknowledged me sitting at the bar . He gave another lady a menu who sat down after me before he even gave me one. He didn’t pour my drink in a rock glass rather filled up a shot glass with ice . Rung me up for Spanish fries when I said I wanted regular fries. Didn’t apologize for his error which prohibited me From eating my food right away . Food getting cold and waiting He didn’t apologize about the wait. Definitely won’t sit at the bar when he works. Bartender Josue He was the worse bartender I had.

The food was delicious with the exception of the rolls... How do you bring out cold rolls with cold butter and say you don't heat/ warm the rolls? Never have I ever heard of that... The sangria was watered down... I'm not a drinker and it didn't even give me a buzz... lol

Cherished Moments

This is related to a small family gathering on a Sunday. The elevator made it easy to transport items to upper level. Staff greeted us at the door to assist with cake and signage. The staff was pleasant from beginning to the end. There was another gathering in the same room after ours and my biggest concern was turn around time if I were the later party I would not want to walk into a mess. The staff was diligent in the clean up and linen changes without rushing us to clear the room. There was a need for another table and the staff accommodated the extra senior guests quickly and without disrupting the flow of the event. The only uncomfortable thing in the upper room ( back) is the fact this is where the bathrooms are located so everyone walks through that room. There were no problems but that needs to be considered if you are considering a private event in this particular room.
