Any cop who shuts off a his body cam when a minor is shouting help should be automatically fired. And yes officer it is the 4th amendment that says you can seize a person without reasonable articuable suspicion of a crime. An no officer... cursing a officer is speech ... so is giving the finger... its called NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION. It's 1A protected speech and can not be contorted into RAS in order to violate a kids rights. Who trains you guys? Bullies!

Just watched a video where these cops put someone in handcuffs for giving them the middle finger. That's telling what they think of free speech and citizens rights. Awful display, I personally would stay away. Looks like they don't know the law or the oath they swore to protect. What a bunch of entitled Karens in that office.

Corporal Pritsch and Patrolman LaMontagne are a poor reflection on this department. They illegally detain citizens in brazen retaliation for those citizens exercising their first amendment; specifically when expressing dissatisfaction with their government.
