love this place! spacey rooms, whirlpool tub is incredible, staff is welcoming and kind, complimentary food is abundant and delicious, and the area is super convenient. perfect place for a private and relaxing getaway. will definitely be back!

Very disappointed pool was not open for our children however I guess I looked and it said that on the website. Unsure why though ? But I was impressed with my room very clean, and Spacious!!!! Awesome staff and location was great for people going to American dream or NYC Central Park was only 7miles ! Ideal for visiting a lot of amazing spots. Elevator was making noises that WAS kinda scary though . But all in all I would give this hotel 3.8 out of 5!

We had a suite with a kitchenette for the weekend and looked forward to a good nights rest. Unfortunately, when we woke up my baby and myself as well as another adult guest had bed bug bites. Upon mentioning this to the front desk they didn’t seem surprised and offered another room. Understandably, we did not want to put the baby through another situation like that so we canceled our reservation and requested a refund. This happened this past Friday and still they refuse to refund us because it was through a third party. Although, we have proof of bites they still will not admit to it and upon speaking with long term renters there they have been getting bit over a month as well!!! Customer service is horrible and I would not recommend!!!

Excellent stop for the night as we were passing through. Rooms were a little dated but seemed to be well kept. Great location with ample parking. Breakfast was a nice touch, nothing fancy but was enough different options. Very warm receptionists and very accommodating when we asked for an extra cot for the room. Highly recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton in East Rutherford!
