Out of 16 washers only 6"working" and only a few dryers working also the surrounding is very dirty

Was looking for a 24 spot at 2am Sunday morning and this was one of the few spots that had decent reviews. When I arrived, place was clean for the most part, I was the only person there which I absolutely did not mind. The only reason why I gave this place a four star was because washers were a little expensive. $5 for an average load 👀.
