Our waiter seated us and took our drink orders, brought the drinks out,, and then completely disappeared. After almost ten minutes I got up to go find him and he was sitting at a table in the back of the restaurant, facing the wall, and hunched over eating his own dinner. I told my companion what was happening and he got up and found two workers who saw the guy sitting down and eating too. We flagged down a waiter named “Tennessee” who was taking good care of his customers and asked could we come sit in his section. He said, “Come on!” and helped us gather our things and move to his section. The “hungry waiter” got our attention later and lied and said they had given him an eight person table and he had forgotten about us. We said OK and kept eating. I lived in Orlando for 13 years and have eaten at this location numerous times but had never experienced anything like this. We'd just landed and although staying closer to the one on I-Drive, we drove all the way to West Colonial for this type of treatment. Totally unacceptable. But note, no tempers flared and no authorities had to be called over this incident. "Tennessee" saved this visit or we would've paid for our drinks and just left.

Had a delicious lunch here last weekend, even as someone allergic to seafood. Tanesha was a very sweet server who was incredibly attentive. She was very nice to us. We had the admiral platter, lobster Mac and cheese, and the bacon burger. All three were great. I'd stop by here again!

It was very quiet, our server was pleasant and very helpful. The food was very nice and consistent, our service was speedy and the Shirley temple I ordered was absolutely perfect! My husband ordered a long island and didn't get another because it was so watery. It isn't a lot of food for the price but we'd go again as we had a pleasant experience.

The food was delicious, we ordered the Salmon New Orleans and the Ultimate Feast. There were no salads, but the rest of the food made up for it. Everything was hot & fresh. Thank you Gary, you were AWESOME!
