The Google directions are wrong. It took us to a neighborhood where a man who lived there directed us to the trailhead. There is no parking. You walk along a mowed path underneath the power lines. There is probably a better entrance than this one.

Like the other reviews have said the location is wrong at the moment. But if you park along Tarragona you can comfortably walk to the start of the trails. I have gone twice now, both times I've seen wildlife and many beautiful plants. I did encounter rude cyclists this time. They would pass you and not say anything like "on your left". So you have to scramble to move or risk being hit. A good mile is in direct sun but once you make it to the bridge there are tons of trees. If you take the path to the right. I have not taken the path straight ahead as you enter the trail. The only trash can I saw was at the very start on Tarragona street, so keep that in mind if you bring your dogs.

The coordinates on Google are incorrect, I spoke to resident at coordinates on Google very frustrated that people go there to walk trail but did help me find the correct spot to start the trail. These are the correct coordinates to start the trail. 28.370635, -81.452907

Nice easy trail, a lot of wild life in the area. Make sure you use sunscreen and bug spray!

I have never seen any sign against it. I have also seen people with their dogs. So my best educated guess is, yes you can bring your dog. :-P
Also wondering the same, did you ever get an answer?
