This place is the most horrible restaurant I have ever seen. I ordered a single burger and patiently waited for almost an hour and a half but nothing came ,eventually I asked the bartender girl about my food but she did not care about anything and their so called female manager is even the worst. They did not apologize for the delay ,for their mess and for their lack of service,so it is not worth of your time. Just do yourself a favor ,before you decide to come here ,there are plenty of nice places such as Ale House across the street which has good food, longer hours, pleasant and polite servers. Just don't come to this stupid hooters place at Kirkman Rd... It is not worth of your time...

The waitress I had was super friendly. She didn’t rush me through my food. She didn’t mind that I waited the rain out. The food was delicious. My wings, mini burgers, fries, and cheesecake were on point. Until this trip, I haven’t enjoyed my visits to Hooters as much in a long while. This trip exceeded my expectations. When in the area I’d come to this one again!

A lot of disorganization with the seating of guests. It took about 45 minutes for any service after being seated and it was not busy night. No service and no communication. The bartender who saw what was going on with us came over and help us out. She was great and made our visit more reasonable 👍

HORRIBLE SERVICE ! I went out to eat with my family and we each got our meals 15 minutes or more apart. We didn’t even get to eat together and we each had a side of fries with our meal but got them 15-25 minutes after we got our wings. Asked for ranch more than 4 times and never got it so after so long I had to go grab one myself. My mom asked for lemon wedges twice & the waiter never came with them. Every time we would ask her about the menu she had a very sloppy attitude. Very slow. My mom got served cold wings where the manager came and brought her wings back warm but not her fries on the side. All the waiters seemed as if they did not want to be there. We were not the only ones complaining. Definitely will not be going back to this hooters. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Very bad service & the manager could careless !!
