I have been going to this urgent care since they opened in Roseburg. I have always had a good experience with them, except for once a few months ago, with a certain provider. I won't go into details concerning that visit. I did call and place a complaint, and feel the issue was taken care of, as I have seen that certain provider twice since, and it has been a positive experience. The last two times that I have visited the urgent care, I have seen Betty Le Brun NP. She is awesome! Both times I have seen her she has been professional, friendly, and has a listening ear. I never feel rushed by her. I also felt she is extremely knowledgeable. The prognosis and treatment she prescribed for me were spot on. I hope she never leaves this urgent care.

We have unfortunately had to use urgent care twice this week once for my daughter and then today I was knocked down with a kidney stone. Both times we went in the staff was extremely patient and nice. Our wait time was very short and both of the providers we seen were so AMAZING and you could tell they actually cared. I was especially grateful for the friendly staff and fast service today as my pain was unbearable.

First time visit. The staff is great warm and welcoming even when they were giving up their holiday to work they were all smiles. A special thanks to Betty without her expertise I could have been headed for a very bad outcome. Thank you Betty for going above and beyond to make sure I understood the severity of what I could be facing your an angel. I would highly recommend this facility.

I’m writing a good/bad review regarding my experience with Nova Urgent Care on 4/20/22. I was greeted in the reception area by a very nice and friendly gentleman upon my arrival. I was lead to a private room by another friendly gentleman. So far, so good. Then, the doctor’s assistant, Mary Hunt came in to examine me. She was very professional and knowledgeable but, her bedside manner’s, if you will, were less than welcoming and friendly. I found her to be abrupt and not so compassionate. However, I do believe that her diagnosis of my issue, was correct. That’s huge and I completely acknowledge that. I will admit that I was very worried and anxious so it’s possible that I might have been a little sensitive. All in all, I strongly believe that she’ll be a very good doctor but she could certainly practice her empathy and compassion skills.

I don't know what that is but I was just there and frankly it is the best urgent care I've EVER been to... quick, kind, caring, efficient, and they billed me, I picked up the prescription across the street at Fred Meyer

A COVID test and related diagnostics should be covered in full by your insurance carrier, as per the law passed by Congress earlier this year. If you do not have insurance coverage, as covered under the law, we will bill State or Federally funded insurance coverage. We do not collect co-pays for COVID testing and related diagnostics.
